Never have we seen something so beautifully dark yet so light and full of love. Julia and Gary’s gothic flair wedding details left everyone awestruck and in amazement. From their wedding ceremony to reception their décor design stayed true to who they are and their vision and it was exceptionally unique!

We celebrated our amazing ‘Till Death Do Us Part’ wedding at LiUNA Station!
What were some of the sources of inspiration behind the look and feel of your event?
We went for romantic gothic with a touch of punk rock flair!
Share with us your number one couldn’t live without décor piece or tastiest food option from our catered menu!
Skulls – skulls – and more skulls! We also tried to source as many vintage candelabras as we could. But we didn’t want it to be Halloween – it was very important to keep it in theme with romantic gothic.
The lasagna and crème brûlée!!! The entire menu was phenomenal but those two items made the night for us!
What is the one piece of advice you would give someone planning their big day!
Remember it’s you and your partner’s day and your visions. If you want something then do it. Pay no attention to the traditions or voices from others who want to share their opinions! Make it YOURS!
What moment during your event will forever be etched into your memory?
There are two – The first is when I got my first look of the reception (King George Ballroom) and I was speechless, mouth drop speechless!
The second was when I was stepping out into the lobby to walk down the aisle. Seeing my husband, our wedding party and our officiant against the beautiful backdrop of LiUNA was honestly my dream come true.
