Stefanie and Chris’s fall-inspired wedding lit up our ballroom with warm, golden hues! The décor, linens, florals, and lighting all came together beautifully, creating a simplistic yet stunning autumn atmosphere. Their day was a rustic dream come true, filled with family, friends, a ‘second’ first dance, and a perfectly curated fall-inspired menu to die for!
Tell us a bit about your event you hosted at LiUNA Station!
After a blissful two-year engagement, we celebrated our extraordinary wedding day on October 5th, 2024, at LiUNA!
What were some of the sources of inspiration behind the look and feel of your event?
Fall is our favorite season, and it’s also the time of year we got engaged. Naturally, the look of our wedding was inspired by the season. We centered the design around a warm, rust color palette.

LiUNA Station offers the best food around, and they did not disappoint on our special day! Huge thanks to Vico and the team for customizing the menu, which included a roasted butternut squash with quinoa dish and hot apple cider to complement our fall theme. The showstopper of the night, however, was the stacked antipasto bar.
As for décor, we absolutely loved the entire setup of the head table. The rustic farm tables and chairs from Special Event Rentals(https://www.instagram.com/special_event_rentals/?locale=fr&hl=en), paired with the rust-colored runner and black and gold cutlery from LatKat Linens (https://www.instagram.com/latkatlinens/?locale=fr&hl=en), were all beautifully elevated by the stunning floral arrangements by Karen Marie & Co(https://www.instagram.com/karenmariedecoranddesign/?locale=fr&hl=en).
What is the one piece of advice you would give someone planning their big day!
The possibilities for your wedding day are endless, so stick to what you love. Don’t get overwhelmed by the details, and remember to plan to enjoy yourself!
What moment during your event will forever be etched into your memory?
One moment that will stay with me forever was during my sister’s Maid of Honour speech. She had a special surprise planned for us—she called us back to the dance floor for a “second” first dance. She played the guitar, and my cousin sang “I Wanna Grow Old With You” from The Wedding Singer. It was so heartfelt and unforgettable.
