1. How do you keep things fresh and unique when planning each wedding?

We keep things fresh and unique by truly getting to know each couple – their personalities, interests, and quirks. Then, we infuse those elements into every aspect of the wedding, even if their dream wedding is trendy and has been seen before. We bring in touches that are hard to find or unique from decor to entertainment ensuring a celebration that’s uniquely theirs.

 2. What is one piece of advice you’d give to a client to get the most out of their booked service?

Communication is key! Stay in touch with your vendors, be honest, share your vision openly, and don’t hesitate to ask questions or raise concerns at any point in time! The more we know, the more you share (both likes and dislikes) the better we can tailor our services to exceed your expectations.

3. What is your top wedding tip you’d give to keep the energy flowing throughout the whole day?

My top tip for keeping the energy flowing throughout the whole day is to create a well-paced timeline that includes a balance of excitement and relaxation. Of course we want to incorporate moments of high energy, but also schedule in downtime for our couple to recharge and connect with their guests. Having a wedding planner who is your biggest cheerleader and in your corner all day definitely helps keep those stress-free good vibes flowing.

1. How do you keep things fresh and unique when planning each wedding?

I always incorporate my clients personalities, ideas and dreams when designing and planning their wedding. I have the mindset that anything is possible. Understanding what your couples want, need and of course what they are envisioning is crucial to execute their special day.

2. What is one piece of advice you’d give to a client to get the most out of their booked service?

My piece of advice is to never settle. Go into wedding planning knowing what is most important to you as a couple. Is it the photos to look back on? Is it the party that your guests will remember forever – giving everyone a lifetime of memories? Having a budget is important but knowing what you want to spend the bigger chunks of your budget on is even more important. If photography is your #1 priority, don’t settle for someone just because their price is lower than the others. Go with the one that makes you smile looking at their work while you are imagining what your wedding day pictures will look like! In most cases, it is worth every penny to go a bit over individual vendor budgets.

3. What is your top wedding tip you’d give to keep the energy flowing throughout the whole day?

There is nothing more stressful than running around from place to place, photo to photo, and feeling like you have no control over your day. Building a timeline with buffers in place will help you enjoy each moment without feeling like it went by in a flash. Even if it’s just 10 minutes, buffer time is crucial for staying present on your wedding day.

1.How do you keep things fresh and unique when planning each wedding?

For me the best approach to keeping each wedding fresh and unique is to remember that every couple is just that – fresh and unique. No two couples are the same, therefore no two weddings are going to be the same. As a planner, it’s key to spend the time to understand who my couple is on a personal level because my role is to tune into their style, interests, cultural backgrounds and love story and weave it all into each detail so their wedding day is a true reflection of their vibe.

2. What is one piece of advice you’d give to a client to get the most out of their booked service?

For couples to get the most out of their booked services with any vendor, they need to hire vendors they initially feel confident in and then allow that confidence to develop into trust. Trust the vendor to do their thing and do it well. Many wedding vendors are small businesses and the individual at the heart of the business is going to pour so much love, care and time into serving their clients well. A couple can, and should, express their own ideas and inspirations in the planning phase as it is helpful to the vendor to understand the wedding day vibe and vision but I always encourage couples to give their vendors creative freedom because this is when magic happens.  When a vendor has that creative space, it always seems to lead to the best, most unique work that leaves not only guests in awe but the couple thrilled at the end of the night with how everything turned out.

3. What is your top wedding tip you’d give to keep the energy flowing throughout the whole day?

The top tip I’d give to couples to keep the energy flowing is to intentionally plan for short moments throughout the day to just breathe and take it all in. Wedding days are long and it also goes by extremely fast so incorporating quiet moments where the couple can relax for a few mins is important. Ideally, I like to schedule these moments after the bride is done with her hair and make up, after the ceremony (because you just got married!) and after the pictures are complete. Every wedding timeline is going to be different so if I see opportunities for 1-2 more, I will take it because I know my bride and groom will appreciate it.
