The food was amazing and the service from the crew was incredible especially on the day of the event when my wife and I were running around stressed out! Our wedding was so beautiful and went amazingly!! Nicole is absolutely the best person to have on your side for a huge event. She made everything feel like a breeze and was super reliable! The venue is stunning on its own, but our decorator (Sara Decorations) really made it into a Gala of the Victorian times.. it was incredible. The food was amazing, all our guests complemented it! If everyone had an opportunity to work with Nicole during their wedding planning - there would be no more brides with issues!! 🙂

My only complaint about the hall is that they don't "own" their own sound system. So you have to go through DJ Emporium to have lighting, surround sound, microphones etc. We did not really like that - and for such a large establishment, we found it odd.

Either way, our wedding went smoothly, and everything was so wonderful! The hall is just the most beautiful venue in Hamilton - definitely ask for Nicole!! 🙂 - 7/17/2018

Our experience with Liuna Station has been FANTASTIC. Unfortunately we had to postpone and eventually cancel our wedding due to COVID. Miranda helped us through the process and was very understanding during all of our conversations. We were fully reimbursed when we did finally have to cancel - we are so grateful and impressed with their reimbursement policy during COVID. Other venues are not as understanding, and we would like to thank Liuna for their understanding and accommodation during this time.

Prior to COVID, our experience was excellent as well. All of our questions were answered quickly, and Miranda went above and beyond to change dessert/meal choices for us during our tasting. It is a gorgeous venue with staff that will go above and beyond - I highly recommend Liuna! - 1/18/2021

Very nice venue. The parking situation was pretty confusing since there is a small lot on the upper ground and the much larger parking lot around the street and down the ramp is not clearly indicated. - 12/02/2022

A message from my mom:

We hosted my daughter’s Bridal Shower in the Grand Central Ballroom on April 3, 2022. We can’t thank Vico, Claudio, and the entire staff at Liuna Station enough. Miranda was a joy to work with. Her patience and positive attitude made planning the event a breeze. Vico was always available to answer any of my questions and always consistently expressed that any one of my thoughts or ideas could be achieved – and every single one of them were! Claudio and the staff executed a delicious meal, inclusive of a supreme antipasto bar, eggplant-filled agnolotti and milk-fed Frenched long bone veal with king prawn, just to name a few. The cocktails were matched to the theme of the event and continued to flow well into the evening. We had a vision in mind for my daughter’s shower, and Liuna Station helped bring it to life – for that we are truly thankful. We’re so excited do it all over again at her upcoming wedding in June.

It's a nice venue, coming in the coat check is quick. the audio-visual equipment is excellent. As its a large banquet hall, the food is pretty standard to these type of facilities. The omelettes are the only complaint I have, the other breakfast items are good, the muffins can be excellent. Coffee is good. Cookies are always excellent. When a CN freight train passes the building vibrates slightly, a good reminder this was once a major train hub. - 7/14/2018

We attended at Liuna Station on May 25, 2019 for our son's wedding. Everything was perfect. Nicole and Kaitlyn did a great job looking after all the details. The room was exquisite. The wait staff were efficient, friendly and professional. Last but not least, the food was amazing and so delicious!!!! Our compliments to Liuna and the talented chefs. Our guests are still talking about the incredible food and everyone expressed that this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. DJ Emporium were fantastic! - 5/28/2019

I have been to many events at Liuna Station and I must say they just get better each time. The staff there are wonderful people who do their best to make sure everything falls into place perfectly and that the event runs smoothly. They are always positive and reassuring which is comforting and allows you to enjoy your night even more. The food is always outstanding and the service exceptional. Whenever I have an event I never hesitate to go to Liuna Station. This place is FANCY. The food was amazing and a bit on the fancy side, so expect cheese and cured meats. The hall itself is big and beautiful with lots of room for dancing. The bar is easily accessible, and there's lots of room for well over 100 guests. - 7/25/2018

We hosted our engagement party in Liuna Station's Continental Room in October of 2022, and it was such a magical night thanks to all of the wonderful people at Liuna Station. From the fantastic food to the impeccable service, everything at this beautiful venue went perfectly and we did not have a single guest who didn't tell us about how wonderful everything was.
