From the delicate lighting to the sweet and soft adornment of the white roses and greenery – Alyssa and Matthew’s wedding was the epitome of romance. We recently caught up with the love birds who tied the knot back in 2022 to talk about their dream wedding in the King George Ballroom!
Tell us a bit about your event you hosted at LiUNA Station!
We celebrated our wedding on June 11, 2022 in the King George Ballroom with over 200 of our closest friends and family. The King George Ballroom was perfect for accommodating all our guests while still feeling intimate. We loved the atmosphere of LiUNA Station–everything was absolutely amazing!
What were some of the sources of inspiration behind the look and feel of your event?
Romantic and timeless was our inspiration. We kept things simple with candles, greenery and white florals. We wanted the ballroom filled with candlelight.
Share with us your number one couldn’t live without décor piece or tastiest food option from our catered menu!
The Antipasto Bar was definitely a favourite!

Enjoy every minute, the day truly flies by! The vendors you choose are so important, they make everything happen so you can just enjoy this special day.
What moment during your event will forever be etched into your memory?
Walking into the ballroom as husband and wife! Seeing all our favourite people in one room and how beautiful everything looked is something we will never forget.
