The celebration lasted all night—laughter and smiles filled the air, and as the energy built, so did the love. By the end of Amanda and Evan’s magical day, what remained were beautiful, lasting memories. Tell us a bit about your event you hosted at LiUNA Station!
We celebrated our wedding ceremony and reception at LiUNA Station on September 28, with 175 guests in attendance. The entire day was absolutely incredible and everything went off without a hitch. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food, the ambiance, and they filled the dance floor from dinner all the way to the last song.
What were some of the sources of inspiration behind the look and feel of your event?
We were looking for a venue that had natural charm and a rich sense of history. LiUNA Station was the perfect choice—it checked all the boxes for elegance, culture, and class. The venue’s ornate architecture and timeless beauty brought our vision of a romantic wedding to life. We wanted a moody, cozy atmosphere filled with candles and greenery, and the unique ambiance of LiUNA Station created the ideal backdrop for our day.

Without a doubt, the antipasto bar was a hit! It was such a crowd-pleaser that our guests are still talking about it to this day. If you’re considering it, we highly recommend opting in!
What is the one piece of advice you would give someone planning their big day!
Trust your team. Your vendors are the experts, so let them help bring your vision to life. It’s important to have confidence in them and enjoy the process!
What moment during your event will forever be etched into your memory?
The moment we took a step back and looked around the room at all of our family and friends gathered together—it was so special to see everyone we love in one place, celebrating with us. We took a few quiet moments to soak it all in, and it was incredibly moving.
