Tell us a bit about your event you hosted at LiUNA Station!
“We hosted our wedding in the Grand Central Ballroom at LiUNA Station on July 26th, 2025 From the moment our guests stepped into the grand lobby, the stunning architecture and timeless charm created such an elegant, magical atmosphere. It was the perfect backdrop for our gold and white fairytale vision. From the breathtaking ballroom to the incredible staff who made every detail seamless, it was truly a dream come to life!”
What were some of the sources of inspiration behind the look and feel of your event?
“We wanted our wedding to feel like a modern fairytale, clean whites, cascading florals, candlelight, and soft gold accents to create a look that was both luxurious and romantic.
I added a subtle splash of pink into my bouquet since it’s my favourite colour, which made the whole vision feel even more personal and special. We also chose not to use a stage for the head table because we wanted the space to feel warm and intimate, while still elevated and refined. A lot of our inspiration came from Pinterest and Instagram, along with working closely with our florists to bring everything together beautifully.”

“Our number one couldn’t live without a décor piece, which was definitely the head table display. It completely set the tone for the room, overflowing cascading florals, glowing candlelight, and soft gold accents that tied our entire vision together. Even without a stage, it felt elevated and romantic while still keeping that warm, intimate feel we wanted. It truly had the WOW factor and became the focal point of the entire evening And from the menu, the antipasto bar was an absolute favourite. It was not only beautifully presented but also such a hit with our guests. The variety, freshness, and elegant display made it both a visual and culinary standout of the night.”
What is the one piece of advice you would give someone planning their big day!
“If I had to pick one, it would be this: focus on being present rather than trying to make everything perfect. Big days often come with small surprises, but the moments you’ll remember most are the laughter, emotions, and people around you, not whether every detail went exactly as planned. Take a step back and truly enjoy the day with your lifelong partner, and remember… no one really remembers the small details anyway!”
What moment during your event will forever be etched into your memory?
“The moment that will forever be etched in our memory was the room reveal, which was even better than we could have ever imagined, and listening to the speeches from our family, which were incredibly meaningful.”
