As we prepare to welcome 2027, guests can look forward to an evening of dining, entertainment, and festive touches, with a menu designed to make the celebration even more memorable!
An Elegant Start to the Evening
From 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., guests can begin the evening with an assortment of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, offering something for everyone to enjoy as the celebrations get underway.
The selection includes spring rolls served with plum sauce, mini sliders, smoked salmon with cream cheese on a crostini, mini quiche, tempura shrimp, and crab rangoon. It’s a welcoming start to the evening, giving you and your loved ones the opportunity to mingle, enjoy a few bites, and settle into the festivities.
A Dinner Worth Celebrating
The evening continues with a dinner experience featuring a selection of classic favourites and hearty, satisfying dishes. Guests will begin with rolls and butter, followed by antipasto classico, before enjoying LiUNA Station’s homemade lasagna. The main course features Manhattan-cut New York steak served with a king prawn, accompanied by garlic-herbed mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables. California field greens served with LiUNA Station’s house dressing round out the meal, bringing freshness and balance to the dinner experience. It’s a menu designed to make the evening feel like a true occasion, with a combination of familiar flavours and elegant dining.
A Sweet Finish
No celebration is complete without dessert. Guests can finish their dinner with apple crumble cheesecake, followed by regular and decaffeinated coffee and tea. It’s the perfect opportunity to slow down, enjoy the company around the table, and savour another moment of the evening before the celebrations continue.
The Moonlight Buffet: Keeping the Celebration Going
As the night unfolds, the Moonlight Buffet offers guests another opportunity to indulge.
Featuring assorted European pastries, panettone, assorted pizza, coffee, and tea, the late-night spread is a welcome addition for those ready for another bite as they dance and celebrate into the evening. And, of course, one of the night’s most anticipated moments awaits at midnight: a champagne toast to welcome 2027.
