“One LiUNA event that really stood out to us was the Valentine Gala. The entire evening felt beautifully put together and created such a memorable experience.
A big social shoutout to everyone involved that evening because every detail felt thoughtfully executed. From the DJ keeping the atmosphere alive, to the stunning florals, menu cards and room décor design, to all of the vendors and service teams behind the scenes — the collaboration and energy were incredible. It was a great reminder that truly memorable events happen when many passionate people come together to create something special.”
From décor and lighting to florals and photography – What is your top tip for working an event?
“Our top tip for working an event is: every detail matters, but teamwork matters even more. Guests may remember the flowers, décor, lighting, food or music individually, but what they truly feel is the overall experience created when everyone works together seamlessly.”
Which must-have elements and trends do you see shaping events in 2026?
“For 2026, we’re seeing a continued shift toward experiences over simple aesthetics. Guests want to feel connected and immersed, not just attend an event.
A few must-have elements and trends we see shaping events in 2026:
- Interactive experiences — live food stations, personalized touches, guest participation moments, and experiences people can engage with rather than simply observe.
- Intentional design — elegant décor that tells a story and reflects the personality of the couple, family, or host.
- Authenticity over excess — people are moving toward meaningful details and quality experiences rather than simply “more.”
- Local and curated offerings — locally sourced products, unique vendors, specialty food and beverage experiences, and custom details.
- Shareable moments — thoughtfully designed spaces and experiences that naturally create beautiful photos and memories.
